Billing terms & Conditions

These billing terms explain charges and payment arrangements for purchases from All New Motors at allnewmotors.com. Please read them alongside our Payment Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Currency & Pricing

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD $).

Review the product price, quantity, applicable taxes and shipping charges before confirming your purchase. Our standard shipping charge is $15 USD, as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Prices may change for future purchases. A price change does not automatically change an accepted order. We will not increase an agreed order total without obtaining any agreement required by applicable law.

Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion, cross-border or other account fees under its agreement with you.

2. Available Payment Methods

Our confirmed payment methods include:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• PayPal

Any additional payment methods available for your order will appear at checkout. Availability may depend on the provider and transaction.

Use a payment method you are authorized to use, and check the final amount before submitting payment.

3. Billing Verification & Payment Issues

Provide accurate billing details consistent with your payment account. Your bank or payment provider may require additional authentication.

An incorrect address, unsuccessful authentication or transaction requiring verification may delay processing. We may contact you for information reasonably necessary to investigate a payment concern.

Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or one-time verification codes to our support email.

If a payment fails or its status is unclear, check for an order confirmation before paying again. Contact us if you see a charge without an order confirmation or more than one charge for the same purchase.

A pending authorization is different from a completed charge. Your payment provider controls how quickly a released authorization disappears from your account.

4. Taxes, Receipts & Billing Corrections

Any applicable sales tax must be shown in your checkout total before purchase confirmation.

Retain your order and payment confirmations. Contact us with your order number if you need help locating a billing record or correcting billing contact information.

If a material pricing or calculation error affects an order, we will explain the issue and available options. If an affected order is canceled, any payment that must be returned will be refunded, or the relevant authorization released, as appropriate.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with orders and support enquiries.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Whether a request can be completed depends on the order’s processing and dispatch status.

Submitting a request does not confirm that an order has been changed or canceled. We will confirm the outcome and explain the available options.

For post-delivery return arrangements, see our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Refunds & Credits

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval and returned to the original payment method where available.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit. If an expected refund has not appeared, contact us with your order number and refund confirmation.

Return eligibility and conditions are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Billing Disputes & Support

Please report an incorrect amount, duplicate charge or unrecognized transaction promptly so we can investigate.

Contacting us does not waive your right to seek assistance from your bank or payment provider, restrict an available payment dispute or extend its filing deadline. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
